How to Find New Car Invoice and MSRP

I found a site that will help you find the new car invoice which is what the car dealer pays and MSRP the suggested manufacturers retail price.

CarTalking.com is the premier source for new car prices, new car specs, and new car reviews. View 360 degree spins and change the color on your favorite new car.

At the home page scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the car link your interested in buying.

Step 1 – Click on Toyota at bottom of page

Step 2 – Click on Toyota Camry on the left colum

Step 3 – Scroll down the page and you will see each make and model, MSRP,  invoice and fuel economy.

You will see a 2009 Toyota Camry SE 5 speed automatic

MSRP $22,390
Invoice $19,925
Fuel Economy 21/31 mpg

In the above example the dealer has $2,465 spread to negotiate with between the invoice price and msrp.

If you negotiate hard you can buy the new Toyota Camry at invoice price.

Now you have a fast way to find the MSRP and invoice of every car.

Now you have some negotiating power because you know how much a dealer pays for the car at invoice.
