Top Complaints for Used Cars
The Office of Fair Trading has just released a market study relating to top complaints for used cars.
In 2008 they received more than 68,000 complaints on used cars from defective cars, shoddy service and misleading sales pitches were the top used car complaints.
The office of fair trading is in the UK but still represents the car industry in Europe.
